Terms & Conditions

You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are using the Platform for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

We provide property verification, document scanning, land services such as mutation, demarcation, diversion, amalgamation and registry assistance, employee verification and property alerts. We may add, change or withdraw a service at any time.

• Give accurate details at registration and keep them updated.
• Keep your password and OTP confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Submit false, forged or unauthorised documents.
• Request verification without a lawful purpose or required consent.
• Use our reports for harassment or any unlawful purpose.
• Copy, scrape or resell any part of the Platform.

Charges are shown before you confirm an order and are payable in Indian Rupees. Government fees, stamp duty and statutory charges are not included unless stated. Payments are collected through our payment gateway partner.

• Cancel before work begins for a full refund of the service fee.
• Once verification, a field visit or a government filing has started, fees are non-refundable to the extent of work already done.
• If we cannot deliver due to our own fault, we will redo the service or refund the fee.
• Approved refunds reach the original payment method in 7 to 14 working days.

Our reports are advisory and are based on the documents you give us and on records available from government sources at the time of the check. They are not legal advice, a valuation or a guarantee of title, and government records may be incomplete or outdated. Please take independent professional advice before any property decision.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for that specific service.

We will contact you about your account and requests. Where you have given consent, we may also contact you via Email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS or Call about our services. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or is used unlawfully. You may close your account at any time by writing to support@propertykavach.in.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Please raise any complaint first with our Grievance Officer at support@propertykavach.in. Disputes not resolved within 30 days will be referred to arbitration seated at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and the courts at Bhopal will have jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. The revised version will appear on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the Platform means you accept it.
